File setup, Figma checklist, QA process

To help combat an ever-growing team and to help ensure some consistency among us and efficiency when collaborating with our engineering partners, I created a team processes and best practices deck, which I trained my team on.

This deck includes file setup, a Figma design checklist, the process for dev handoff/ file prep, and a QA process that I worked with my Engineering Manager partner to create, which has tested very well for us and increased efficiency while reducing misunderstandings.
